The job search can be daunting. We play the waiting game, cross our fingers, and send thank you emails only to find out that we are not being considered for a position. If you’re like me, you start to think “Maybe something is wrong with me. Maybe I’m not an ideal candidate at all.” These thoughts creep in, but they are not true. We are qualified, hard working, and dependable. It helps to be reminded of this in the face of rejection letter after rejection letter. That’s where this new project comes in. Kelly and I want to be the cheerleader in your corner. You, the brave job searcher, who has been putting so much into this search.
